TRAVEL SOCCER TRYOUTS ($170 for Fall 2016 & Spring 2017) To get started, please click on the Registration tab located on the top right of the screen or any of the links to the right. You will then be guided through the registration process. PLEASE, read the instructions on the top of each page. We have tried our best to give you the best instructions possible, but if something is not clear, please let us know.
If you forget your user name and password – please contact Affinity Sports at 1-800/808-7195.
Please be careful when entering birthdates, as this cannot be changed. I find that the most common error, believe it or not, is the birth year. The most common error when entering information is putting in the current year as the birth year.
New Travel Players: Please make sure you have a copy of your child's birth certificate and head shot picture saved on your computer for uploading purposes.
CURRENT TRAVEL PLAYERS: Pictures are expiring after 2 years. Please check your child’s record to make sure there is a picture saved in the file. If not, you will have to upload a new picture.
Please have a credit card available, or your bank routing number and account number (the numbers are located at the bottom of your check) for ease of payment. On your credit card the payee will be “Affinity” not MLSA.
Refund Policy: 100% prior to tryout, tryout to team placement 75% refund ($127.50), after team placement there is no refund.
